The results of your treatment can depend on a number of different factors, such as your objectives (ie -
                    Shaping & Toning Muscle, vs. Building Muscle Strength & Size), your lifestyle & body composition, and
                    the number and frequency of your treatment sessions.
                
                
                    We generally recommend between 6-8 treatments (twice per week), with the full
                        results of your treatment visible 3-4 weeks after you have completed the full treatment
                        course.
                
                
                    Just as with any sort of training, maintenance is key to ensuring your results last. We
