COVID-19 AND CLINIC CLOSURES 

As a result of the recently announced new measures by the Government, please note that all of our clinics will be temporarily closed (until further notice) from Thursday 26th March 2020. 

We are committed to our staff and our clients and we will be working hard behind the scenes to ensure we come back bigger and better so we can continue to deliver outstanding services to our clients.

When will you re-open again?

Our temporary closure was under the Government’s instruction in relation to stopping the spread of COVID-19. As soon as we are given the all clear to resume our services again by the Government, we will re-open immediately.

 

How will I know that you have opened?

We will announce our re-opening date to our clients directly via email and our social media channels. If you had an appointment cancelled during the COVID-19 shut down we will contact you via phone and email to schedule your cancelled treatment in as a priority.

 

If I miss my scheduled appointment, will my results be compromised?

No. There are so many ways that you can maintain your results and also accelerate your results from home. We understand that having a treatment break can sound daunting, but rest assured your at home maintenance plays a big part in your overall transformation. You can maintain your results by eating a healthy, balanced diet, keeping active, keeping hydrated (water), getting a good night’s sleep and managing your stress levels.

 

I’ve pre-paid for my treatments, what happens with my pre-paid sessions now? 

Your pre-paid sessions will remain on your account and can be redeemed in clinic as normal, once we have been given the ok by the Government to resume our services again. Your pre-paid sessions will not expire during the COVID-19 shut down and an extension will be applied if required.

 

Can I get a refund? 

We understand that a refund may be something that you are looking to obtain however refunds are not currently available. Your rights under the consumer gaurentee remain unchanged and are offered in line with the ACCC guidelines.
